Leaked Images From The ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Trailer Surfaces Online!

Following last night’s teaser poster unveiling, the internet shows its generosity through a leakage of stills from the upcoming trailer for ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’.

Take a look at these unofficially released yet legit-looking images:

Our first proper look at Alexandra Shipp as Ororo Munroe/Storm. It looks like she’s going to  be one of the Four Horsemen based on her eyes which gives me the assumption that she is brainwashed.

Ben Hardy flaps his wings as Angel sporting mechanical wings.

Here we have Sophie Turner’s Jean Grey, Tye Sheridan’s Cyclops and Kodi Smit-McPhee’s Nightcrawler all looking fearful and frustrated, but why?

YES! That is indeed Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse! The studios have definitely tweaked his appearance to bear a greater resemblance to his comic-book counterpart.

Here’s the film’s official plot synopsis:

Since the dawn of civilization, Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant, was worshiped as a god. Amassing the powers of many other mutants, he became immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants to cleanse humanity and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven with the help of Professor X must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their nemesis.

‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is directed by Bryan Singer, written by Michael Dougherty, Dan Harris, and Simon Kinberg. It stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Evan Peters, Oscar Isaac, Rose Byrne, Sophie Turner, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Kodi-Smit McPhee, Lucas Till, Alexandra Shipp, and Ben Hardy.

‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is currently eyeing a May 2016 release.

Stay tuned for the trailer release!
